2012年ebmpapst公司在外高桥落成的亚太研发中心，进一步提升了依必安派特在电子、电机、空气动力学方面的研发、检测能力，为更好服务于本地客户提供了良好的保障。实验室总面积1000多平米，其中：测试实验室750㎡电子研发室400㎡。实验室采用了和德国同步的先进测试设备和标准，可进行各类检测。1）空气性能测试：根据ISO 5801和AMCA 210-07标准，可测风机按尺寸分：直径40mm至1.3m；可测风机按风量分：0.8m³/h 至60.000m³/h(3000Pa)；测试样品能耗最高达到12 kW。2）噪音测试。建造标准EN ISO 3745半消音室，地板隔离外界声源；根据EN ISO 3744和ISO13347-2定义声压和声功率；背景声压20 dB(A)适用频率范围80Hz –20kHz。3）温度及扭矩测试：扭矩测试单独针对马达，带上叶片负载即可进行风量测试；风扇可置于客户柜子内或者单独进行温度测试。4）环境测试与耐久性测试：温度测试范围-40°C - 150°C；依据Bellcore 标准的盐雾测试；防水测试、耐久性测试；防尘与防污染物测试电子测试。5）根据CCC和EN标准，开发与验证电路硬件、软件设计，元器件本地化；电磁兼容（EMC）温度，防尘等测试模拟验证实际应用的外围环境条件。

In 2012, the Asia Pacific Technology & Development Centre was established in ebm-papst China WaiGaoQiao Plant. And ebm-papst has the abilities to research, design and test in terms of electronics, motors and aerodynamics and supply better services to local customers. The laboratory covers area with more than 1000 square meters including 750 sqm testing laboratory and 400 electronics R&D area. All the testing equipments reach the standard of German headquarters. 1) Air Performance Tests: according ISO 5801 and AMCA 210-07, fan size 40mm to 1.3m, airflow from 0,8m³/h to 60.000m³/h (3000Pa), power consumption of the test samples to 12KW. 2) Acoustic Tests, in a semi-anechoic room with sound-reflecting floor, according EN ISO 3745, determination of sound pressure and sound power levels, according EN ISO 3744 and ISO 13347-3, basic sound pressure level 20 dB(A), usable for frequencies from 80Hz to 20kHz. 3) Temperature and Torque Tests, torque test of the motor as a separate test and parallel at the air performance test, temperature test of the complete fan in customer unit or fan alone for localization of components. 4) Environmental and Testing, climate test from -40°C up to 150°C, salt fog test for Bellcore Standards, water protection tests, dust and Contaminant protection tests. 5) Electronic Development, development and verification of electronic layouts, software and localized components according CCC and EN standards. Circuits & electronics for motors, customer specific applications & system level solutions. The tests cover the environmental conditions of the real application, so we perform EMC-tests and climate tests for worst case conditions.
